Competition Terms and Conditions
By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by The Wildheart Trust.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. The Wildheart Trust employees and associates are excluded from entering.
By entering the competition, you confirm that the image submitted is your own, you are eligible to enter and to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. Images created or edited using AI will not be considered.
There is no limit to the number of entries you can make to this competition.
Closing date
Entries open on Tuesday, 27th January 2026 and will close at 5pm on Friday, 30th January 2026. Entries made after the closing date will not be considered.
The Prize
The winner will receive one adult admission to Wildheart Animal Sanctuary.
The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be provided. In the event that the winner has purchased an annual membership at the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, the prize can be transferred to another person if requested by the winner and delivered to an alternative email address, which must be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
The Wildheart Trust’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on social media on 31st January 2026 and notified via the e-mail address provided with their entry.
The Wildheart Trust will make two attempts to contact the winner.
If the winner does not respond to the e-mails informing them of their prize within 14 days of the second e-mail, they forfeit their right to the prize.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Wildheart Trust for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing marketing@wildheartanimalsanctuary.org.
If requested by The Wildheart Trust, the winner agrees to release their name to any other competition participants. The winner’s name will be announced on Wildheart Animal Sanctuary’s social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
The Wildheart Trust accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
The Wildheart Trust reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
