Bring your little ghosts and ghouls and join us for a spell with our spooktastically-themed activities during this half term!
Taking place every day between Saturday 19th October until Sunday 3rd November as part of our Spooky Zoo, we offer every visitor a unique chance to get up close and personal with “I’m Really Not Scary!”…with an array of reptiles and invertebrates on display. You will even get the chance to handle one of the creatures. Make sure some one is on hand for that photo opportunity!
Get involved with our Halloween Arts & Crafts and make some cuddly crawly spiders or flapping winged bats! Try your hand at Pumpkin Carving (small additional price) with one of our animal-themed templates and experience Spooky Filmtime or Storytime in the depths of the old fort.
The Zoo’s inhabitants enjoy Halloween too, and our Animals’ Pumpkin Party throughout the week showcase our residents enjoying some spooky pumpkin enrichment. There is also a chance to take the Spooky Trail around the Zoo where you might find yourself ending up in the Conservation Graveyard.
Why not make your time with us even more scarily fun by dressing up too? You could come as a zombie, a skeleton, a ghost or a witch perhaps…. PLUS you can enjoy some Terrifyingly Tasty Treats from the Wildheart Café!
Spooky Zoo at the Isle of Wight Zoo, 19th October – 3rd November from 10am!
