Self-guided visit

This includes entry to the Sanctuary for the day to look around at your leisure.

£8.00 per child*

Guided visit with tour

This includes entry to the Sanctuary for the day with a 90-minute guided tour with one of our Learning & Discovery Team who will educate and inspire with interesting information about some of our amazing rescue animals and their stories.

£9.50 per child*

Guided visit with tour and Farm Feed

£11.00 per child*

* All visits include 1 free adult per 5 children, with additional adults charged at the same rate as the children for the visit.

Workshops

All materials will be provided, and the price of the workshop includes the badge from one of the packages listed below

These workshops must be booked at least four weeks in advance so we can prepare materials and order badges.

We do also offer custom workshops to fit your badges – please enquire for a bespoke workshop.

Guided visit with workshop 10:00am till close

This includes entry to the Sanctuary for the day with a 90-minute session including some guided tour elements and some activities either out on the Sanctuary, or in our PLUTO room. You will have one of our Learning & Discovery Team who will engage your group with our fantastic animals and activities.

£13.50 per child*
Minimum group size 15

Guided visit with workshop after hours

This includes a 90-minute session (after the Sanctuary is closed for the day) including some guided tour elements and some activities either out on the Sanctuary, or in our café and then 30 minutes play on the play park (2 hours total). You will have one of our Learning & Discovery Team who will engage your group with our fantastic animals and activities.

£16.00 per child*
Minimum group size 25

* All visits include 1 free adult per 5 children, with additional adults charged at the same rate as the children for the visit.

Workshop Options

Zoo Challenge

· Learn about the animals we have at the Sanctuary on a guided tour
· Create and design your own zoo map
· Find out how to tell which symbols to look for to buy items sustainably
· Compete in the animal olympics

Farm Challenge

· Make a farm animal paper plate mask
· Design and decorate your own farm animal biscuit
· Make a life cycle diagram of a farm animal
· Feed our farm animals
· Sing Old MacDonald had a farm

Bear Challenge

· Complete the bear trail
· Design and decorate your own bear biscuit
· Make a pipe cleaner bear
· Sing a bear themed song

Monkey Challenge

· Play pin the tail on the monkey
· Meet our resident monkeys and learn about their adaptations
· Make a pipe cleaner monkey
· Make some chocolate bananas

Raccoon Challenge

· Design your own North American totem pole
· Go foraging like a raccoon to find food for our animals
· Play pin the mask on the raccoon
· Learn about our raccoon’s rescue story

Gardening Challenge

· Make an eco plant pot and plant some beans
· Make some rainbow fruit skewers
· Complete our plant and tree scavenger hunt
· Play the beetle drive game
