My daughter loved this place and seeing all the different animals. We loved the leemer enclosure where we could actually walk into! The food was nice in the cafe but expensive.

I absolutely never had so much interaction from the staff with the animals, explained most questions. this
Was not azoo but rescue center.
I loved the cafe and staff excellent,
There was a lady cafe staff member probably in her thirties dark hair, I explained to her that she nearly blinded me , she replied how, I replied,

Lovely place to walk around see animals and also support a good cause in rescuing them as well.
They do talks and staff are friendly.

A lovely zoo the animals look well looked after and very happy. They are constantly doing work to improve the site it changes every time we go. The only downside to this zoo is that the cafe is 100% vegan im not vegan and am not interested in becoming one i would like proper milk in my coffee.

Paid for a Big Cat experience for my wife's birthday as a surprise. We were met by Carole at the centre and given a very warm welcome. Carole was really friendly and so passionate about her job that the whole experience was truly memorable. Well worth the chance to get to meet the cats on a very close basis and feed them (when they wanted to participate). I can strongly recommend this experience.

Im from the mainland and visit at least 3 times a year, its a good clean and well kept sanctuary and a fabulous place to visit.
It's reasonably priced with ample parking.
The animal enclosures are a good size all round for the indetvidual animals and are well kept and clean. The animals are well looked after you can see and its just a fantastic place to visit.
It's well worth a visit and you won't be dissapointed.
The cafe is also a good size with plenty of seating both in and out they offer a good selection of food which is quite reasonable.
The gift shop is good though I think it could have a little more choice but its good all the same.

Highly recommended. Wonderful rescue centre where they really look after the animals. Spent 4 wonderful hours here. Animals include monkeys,lmao lemurs, meerkat, tigers, lions, bears, lynx, serval, tortoise, reptile house (incl. snakes), owls, and a few others.

A wonderful Sanctuary to visit and support.
Had a wonderful tour of the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary yesterday with my WI group friends. Found myself quite emotional seeing these beautiful animals that had been rescued, often from hideous conditions. Especially the Tigers - took me right back to seeing them in India in their own habitat. The bears were wonderful, the spider monkeys so funny, lions majestic, lemurs inquisitive & meerkats as delightful as ever. There was so much more worthy of seeing. Our guide was Carol who was first class - personable, knowledgeable, cared for the less mobile in our group and a great advertisement for the Sanctuary. The same could be said of all volunteers/team members we came in contact with. All grounds/enclosures were very, very clean, and it’s obvious the animals are loved & well cared for. A plant based restaurant proved a great surprise tbh. Food was excellent, service was swift & delivered with a smile. Highly recommend visiting/supporting this amazing Sanctuary.
